Prije svega me zanima utjecaj prošlog obroka i predjela.
Predjelo me dovelo do još bolje ideje - sporog jedenja!
Umjesto predjelo/pauza/glavno jelo, zašto ne rastegnuti glavno jelo i umjesto dosadne pauze opušteno uživati u jelu.
Očekujem još bolje rezultate, upravo radim na tome...
